There is a theory that in a few years the soil will become unproductive, as it’s been overworked and is ‘empty’…is piling increasing amounts of artificial inputs into the ground going to work, or have a desirable outcome?

There is obviously an equilibrium between productivity and continuity, and we’re interested in seeing how the soil and wildlife regenerates using natural means, and have adapted our farm to explore this. We are applying environmental procedures right across our farm, but we are devoting this 70 acre site in its entirety to organic, environmental improvement.

The subscriptions we offer allow others the chance to join us on this journey, alleviate the footprint of their daily lives, and enjoy being part of doing something visible to improve OUR environment. The environment belongs to all of us, and it is OUR collective responsibility to make sure it thrives and survives.
